Welding Process 1

Welding

Parvic SRL specializes in high-precision TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding for various metals and applications. Our expertise covers both manual and automated processes, ensuring quality and consistency for every project.

Capabilities:

  • Manual TIG welding for custom geometries and complex assemblies
  • Automated welding on lathes for cylindrical components
  • 6-axis robotic welding for precision and repeatability
  • Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, iron, aluminum

Mechanical Satin Finishing

Our satin finishing process creates a uniform, matte surface finish that reduces reflections and provides an elegant appearance.

Process:

  • Brushing: Using metal brushes (steel, brass) or fine-grit abrasive discs on rotating tools
  • Light Sandblasting: Micro-glass beads or fine grit for homogeneous surface without excessive material removal
  • Abrasive Tape Lapping: Fine-grit tapes (120-400) for surface uniformity

Result: Matte surface with parallel or cross-hatched micro-grooves, depending on movement direction.

Cleaning Process 1

Mechanical Cleaning

Professional cleaning services to remove oxides, welding slag, processing residues, and surface contaminants.

Process:

  • Metal Brushing: Steel or brass brushes to eliminate slag and oxides from welds
  • Shot Blasting: Metal grit or non-metallic abrasives (corundum) for cleaning and surface preparation
  • Flexible Grinding Wheels: Remove welding residues or rust without altering part geometry
  • Shot Peening: Metal spheres for cleaning and surface hardening

Result: Clean surface, free of contaminants, with controlled roughness.

Mechanical Polishing

Achieve mirror-like or highly reflective finishes that enhance aesthetic appeal and, in some cases, improve corrosion resistance.

Process:

  • Cotton/Felt Wheel Polishing: Application of abrasive pastes (aluminum oxide, diamond) on rotating wheels
  • Diamond Paste Lapping: Progressively finer pastes (400 to 3000+) on soft supports (felt, cloth)
  • Mirror Polishing: Progressive passes with increasingly fine abrasives, followed by polishing with specific compounds (e.g., chromium oxide)

Result: Smooth, brilliant surface free of visible defects.
